Laocoön and His Sons -Unearthed in the 16th century, the sculpture is intensely evocative; the passion and emotion of the scene rendered in a beautiful display. You can hear the deep screams of the father, the higher screams of the children, the hissing of the snakes as they deliver death.
For this model I attempted to add in a mix of my own by imitating the pouring of molten gold liquid onto the concrete sculpture. Creating a contrast between the roughness texture and the gleaming surface of gold.
